As you may be aware the Biden Administration's Department of Education released last Thursday their new Title IX regulations which expand its long-standing definition of sex to include “gender identity,” making obsolete the gains made during the Trump Administration.
I am assisting SAVE (https://www.saveservices.org/2022/06/unlawful-save-calls-on-lawmakers-to-reject-biden-title-ix-proposal/) to help identify national conservative groups and state public policy organizations (we now have a growing list of over 50 organizations) which are in opposition to the new Biden Administration's plans concerning Title IX regulations, especially as they affect the states.  I am asking if you will agree to have Moms for Liberty be listed in opposition to these new regulations.  Just let me know by responding to this email request.  Thank you!

“The new Title IX policy proposes to expand the biological definition of “sex” to also include “sex stereotypes, sex characteristics, pregnancy or related conditions, sexual orientation, and gender identity.”
The proposed Biden Title IX plan also violates many provisions found in state-level campus due process laws, which would affect the states.
In a recent survey conducted in early June by SAVE (https://www.saveservices.org/2022/06/63-of-americans-oppose-expanding-definition-of-sex-to-include-gender-identity/) the survey revealed that nearly two-thirds of Americans oppose the Department of Education’s plan to expand its long-standing definition of sex to include “gender identity.”

1.  Decide whether you want to send a short, customizable message regarding Free Speech, Due Process, Women’s Sports, or Parent’s Rights. If so, visit the Defense of Freedom Institute page.

   2. Explain why the proposed Title IX policy would be unlawful, harmful, and/or violates President Biden’s explicit promise that “all students should be guaranteed an educational environment free from discrimination on the basis of sex.”
   3. Highlight relevant court decisions, settlement agreements, and state laws, as appropriate. List the citations as footnotes. Include examples from your personal experience, if possible.
   4. At the end, clearly state your request, e.g., “Abandon the ill-advised attempt to issue a new Title IX regulation” or “Retain the current definition of sexual harassment that is found in the 2020 Title IX regulation.”

   6. Use Calibri 12-point font for readability.
